Data Deletion Instructions
According to the Facebook/Meta Platform rules, we must provide the User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities for the Hanamiro application, you can follow these instructions.
To request the complete deletion of your data from our records, please send an email to contacto@hanamiro.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please include your name or user identifier used in the application.
Once your request is received, our team will proceed to delete your account and all associated data from our servers within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process has been finalized.
Alternatively, you can remove our application's connection to your Facebook account by following these steps:
- Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy. Click on "Settings".
- Look for "Apps and websites" and you will see all of the apps and websites that you have linked with your Facebook.
- Search and click on "Hanamiro" in the search bar.
- Scroll and click on "Remove".
- Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.
